  • Type your existing username and submit it.
    • This will then query the web database and will generate a random password which is sent to your e-mail address (as specified in your registration details).
  • Then type in your temporary password which was e-mailed to you (exactly as shown).
  • You are then prompted to change your password which must contain 1 upper case character, and 1 number.
